Shattered

Shattered insides I crumble more each day

No words from you, make this all go away

Crying in the dark I hear the cries

Screams wake me up in the morning those dam neighbors again

Yelling every day it never stops in my head

Screams, cussing, glass breaking will it ever go away

Gun shots heard, dead dog laying in the driveway

Tears falling down, I want to just go away

Trapped by those who say they care

Love, tortured soul, empty and so deprave

How can this be the life Jesus wanted for me

Darkness falls, yelling, cussing always the same

Shattered insides I crumble more each day

No words from you, make this all go away
